LinkedIn

Greg’s proficiency – and even more importantly, passion – for building efficient, productive workplaces translates to real results. For example, he recently led a technology benefits assessment, process improvement, and workforce planning initiative that produced over $12M in annual payroll savings.

That’s the sort of impact he has been delivering for decades. His unique combination of operations management and engineering expertise make him well suited to maximize business assets. He has guided large-scale process improvements, capacity planning, and cost-benefit analyses and other initiatives for numerous Fortune 100 companies. He has also developed and represented labor standards across the United States and Canada.

He is an active member of the Work Systems division of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, a track chair for conference planning, and a frequent presenter at the annual conference.

Previously, Greg was an industrial engineering supervisor with United Parcel Service, where he led large-scale facility changes. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Findlay.

What makes Greg different

He makes sure that people and processes have equal standing when developing and improving a business.

Outside of the office, he loves to cook. His barbeque sauce was once the headliner at a wing joint. He is also an avid traveler who is closing in on all 50 states – just six to go. When he isn’t at work, you’ll find him reading and hanging out with his family and rescue dogs.

Where Greg makes an impact

He volunteers for and supports a number of dog rescue organizations. He’s named his own rescue dogs as if they were royalty – for example, Duchess Maisie of House Dogwood.
