What is the residential sewage charge?
$3.00 is the flat rate for sewage.
$13.50 is the garbage collection fee for one can. There is an additional charge of $10.60 for a second can. Two cans is the maximum.
The amount charged for treatment plant is $2.25 per thousand gallons. This charge is dependant on the amount of water you use. This is for residential and commercial accounts.
The amount for a commercial deposit is $50.00
For commercial water there is a flat rate of $5.00 to $15.00 depending on the meter size. This includes 0 to 999 gallons of water. Everyone pays this charge. Commercial charges are reflective of water usage excluding the garbage fee. $1.72 is charged for each thousand gallons after the minimum. We measure in thousand of gallons.
There is a flat rate of $2.50 for sewerage collection which includes up to 10,000 gallons of usage. Thereafter the fee is .55 per thousand depending on water usage.
