Scott has a focus on driving enterprise value for his clients through the use of collaborative and cross-functional teams. He recently was involved in a divestiture to integration transaction. He was able to partner with his client and complete the transaction, consolidate four manufacturing plants, and implement a new ERP instance all within six months while reducing the new company’s run rate by $5.3 million per year.
With the ability to focus on the client’s big picture while still understanding nuances, Scott helps his clients successfully achieve their objectives.
