Brad is a partner in West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, leading the firm’s extensive capabilities in post-merger integration. A trusted advisor to many private equity firms and strategic buyers, he has led more than 500 M&A transactions in the last decade.
Brad specializes in highly complex deals involving multiple buyers, rapid add-on investments, hostile takeovers, multi-company mergers, and carveouts-to-integrations. Throughout his career he has built deep expertise in several industries—including healthcare, manufacturing, and software—that he applies in due diligence, cost takeout opportunities, program management, and target operating models. This helps clients realize their investment thesis faster and with better results.
Brad is a sought-after M&A expert, having been quoted in The Washington Post, Reuters, TheStreet, CNBC, and The New York Times on major mergers, integration strategies, and cybersecurity. In 2016, he was named an Emerging Leader by the M&A Advisor.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Brad led financial system implementations for FORTUNE 500 clients at Accenture. He has a B.A. in economics with honors from the University of Iowa.
