As our general counsel, Kim is diligently focused on guiding the firm to balance risk against reward—all while making sure we’re an easy firm to do business with. Kim leads the West Monroe legal team, which is responsible for corporate governance, compliance, trademarks and IP, and contract management. Kim applies her extensive experience in building effective corporate governance functions to elevate West Monroe’s legal processes and performance, along with compliance, ethics, and others.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Kim spent more than 20 years providing legal and regulatory support to financial institutions, including in government, private practice, and in-house serving as general counsel to several financial institutions.
Kim has a B.A. from University of Chicago as well as a degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

Where Kim makes an impact
One of Kim’s primary responsibilities is managing the ongoing fiduciary requirements related to West Monroe’s company stock fund, which about 70% of employees participate in.
