Working as a consultant early in her career, Kristin developed a keen interest in professional development. She’s been in the “people business” ever since – most recently partnering with West Monroe executive leaders to orchestrate effective talent and organizational strategies. Her work with one practice increased talent utilization by over 10%, cut voluntary attrition nearly in half, and helped the practice earn more than 100 promotions in 2022.

Kristin’s track record for impact spans all key talent-related disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, risk management, change management, talent acquisition, talent business partnerships, and organizational development and learning. By identifying both strengths and development opportunities – to capitalize on what is working well and close gaps so that employees, leaders, and teams succeed – she has built a strong reputation as a valued business partner.

Kristin joined West Monroe in 2019, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in talent management, organizational development and executive coaching roles. She earned bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of Notre Dame.

What makes Kristin different

Kristin and her family love to travel, especially to locations with water to play in – whether that is oceans, lakes, or pools. She was a NCAA Division I swimmer at Notre Dame for four years and later spent five years as their assistant women’s coach. She’s run the Chicago Marathon three times and tackled many breathtaking mountain trails – from Pikes Peak and the Grand Canyon to Machu Picchu and Torres del Paine.

Where Kristin makes an impact

With a passion for talent development, it’s no surprise that Kristin is a career advisor on her team and a mentor as part of West Monroe’s Women’s Leadership Network. Outside of work, she remains an advisor to non-profit Amate House – a young-adult service and leadership development program – after serving on its board for 9 years. Her family supports many non-profits, particularly those focused on food insecurity and breast cancer treatment/research.
