Ryan specializes in the architecture and development of complex workplace solutions built on SharePoint and Office365. He excels at understanding the needs and goals of his clients and collaborating with development teams to translate those requirements into effective solutions for diverse groups of employees.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Ryan worked as a SharePoint administer and developer in the education sector. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Technology from Purdue.
Ryan has spent his entire career as a digital workplace architect and has a keen understanding of how the workplace has changed and continues to shift. His drive and dedication is evident in his personal life as well – an Eagle Scout, he remains an avid outdoorsman and enjoys going on large camping trips with his friends and family, including his wife Elizabeth, daughter Addison, and dog Dexter.
