A sales engine built for a digital world is essential to success—in every industry. That’s what drives Scott, and he has a track record for creative solutions that produce tangible value. Scott led the CRM transformation for a Fortune 1000 firm. Today, he applies his experience to help clients engage customers, leveraging advanced technologies such as Salesforce.  

Scott brings a unique lens to his client relationships—the product of nearly a decade in sales operations roles. He was also the head of marketing data and analytics for a $1 billion consulting firm. In other words, he has walked in clients’ shoes and understands their day-to-day responsibilities and concerns.  

Having worked in a variety of roles across multiple business functions at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 enterprises, he can work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and bring together diverse perspectives to solve problems. 

Scott joined West Monroe in 2022 from Huron Consulting. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Louis University.

What makes Scott different

He likes to get to know his clients on a personal level and has made many lifelong friends through his work. 

Born and raised in Kansas City, Scott has enjoyed watching the Chiefs win Super Bowls. He is an avid golfer who once drove a ball 500+ yards off the side of a mountain. When he’s not working, he’s likely to be golfing with his son, hiking with both of his children, or spending family time around the many beautiful lakes in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. 

Where Scott makes an impact

He knows work can be stressful, so he strives to bring a positive attitude and fun personality to the workplace. Away from work, he supports the American Cancer Society and volunteers with First Tee Chicago, a youth development organization that builds strength of character through the game of golf.
