Carl Monje Announced as Winner of the 6th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards

The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards on Monday, May 18th. Carl Monje, Director of West Monroe Partners’ Los Angeles Mergers & Acquisitions practice was named a winner for the Service Area Category. He has been chosen for his accomplishments and expertise from a pool of nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.

The M&A Advisor, renowned globally for its recognition of leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals, created this event to promote mentorship and professional development amongst the emerging business leaders.

Monje serves as a strategic advisor to middle-market corporate executives and leading private equity investors in the healthcare, consumer goods, multi-channel retail, manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, and financial services industries. His areas of expertise span the transaction lifecycle and include merger & acquisition strategy, transaction due diligence, corporate divestitures, post-merger integration, and IT assessment & strategy.

In his current role, Carl leads West Monroe’s West Coast M&A practice working with private equity and strategic buyers to perform pre-transaction IT and operational due diligence which focuses on transaction risks, synergies, integration, or divestiture costs. He also performs post-transaction integration and carve-out execution activities. To date, Carl has served as an advisor on more than 175 merger, acquisition, and carve-out transactions.
