West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that Gordana Radmilovic, manager in the firm’s Advanced Analytics practice has been named one of 12 “Women Leaders in Consulting” by Consulting magazine. Radmilovic is recognized in the Future Leader category.
Since joining West Monroe Partners in 2011, Radmilovic has established herself as a rising leader—recognized for energy, passion, and exceptional skills in both client service and the workplace. In addition to creating intellectual capital and developing and mentoring others, she has assumed critical project leadership responsibilities for several high-profile transformational programs. In her breakout role as leader, she has led a multi-million dollar, transformative project for a global insurance broker focused on enhancing the organization’s advanced analytics capabilities.
“I am incredibly honored to receive this prestigious Women Leaders in Consulting award. I am also very excited about what the future holds for women in consulting and business – we are reaching a tipping point where female leaders and organizations can influence social dilemmas, and it is this enhanced reach which will help us be the change we want to see in the world,” said Radmilovic.
Gordana conveys her passion for positive corporate culture and was recently published in Fast Company. Additionally, she is paving the way to advance the firm’s transformation center of excellence by enhancing the firm’s current methodology with new schools of thought and by instituting a streamlined way to leverage all that West Monroe has to offer. In the community, Gordana serves on the Chicago Advisory Board of the Spark Organization and participates extensively on West Monroe’s Women’s Committee. She will co-lead the firm’s Charity Committee in 2015.
“Gordana’s consistent display of ethics and integrity are vital to her success as a great leader and mentor,” said Kevin McCarty, West Monroe Partners’ CEO. “Her ability to make the right decisions not only has paved the way for her career, but also has enabled her to serve as a model for those who look up to her.”
Consulting magazine profiles Radmilovic and the other 12 “Women Leaders in Consulting” in its December 2014 issue. She will be recognized on November 6th at a celebratory dinner and gala at the St. Regis Hotel in New York.
