West Monroe named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials by Fortune and Great Place to Work

West Monroe has again been named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials by Fortune and Great Place to Work®. This is West Monroe’s fifth consecutive year named to this list.

The ranking considered feedback representing more than 6.1 million employees working at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. To determine the list, Great Place to Work evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job and measured the differences in over 413,000 Millennials’ survey responses to those of other generations to assess the quality and consistency of their experiences. Statements were weighted according to their relevance in describing the most important aspects of an equitable workplace to Millennials. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. West Monroe ranked No. 54.

“We take our mission of building the next generation of leaders seriously at West Monroe, and we do this by cultivating a meaningful employee experience for all,” said Susan Stelter, West Monroe’s chief people officer.

We continue to remain committed to providing a great place to work for all our people with an inclusive culture that fosters personal and professional growth.
