West Monroe is proud to announce that Adam Gersting has been named one of Consulting® Magazine’s Top Consultants for 2023. Gersting, a Managing Partner and Dallas Office Leader, earned the “Excellence in Leadership” award in recognition for his “above-and-beyond” leadership contributions to the firm, clients, and community.

For 30 years, Adam has built and led top consulting businesses, grown leaders, and created value with clients. A “total leader,” he plays all positions, which is how he’s made an immense impact expanding the Dallas office’s capabilities, client base, and community involvement. Our longest-tenured office leader, Gersting oversees an office of 175 West Monroe employees, making it among our fastest growing regions. With nearly three decades of consulting experience behind him, Gersting works with clients to enhance customer engagement, increase sales, and streamline processes and operations. As a Board Member of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E. and Dallas Regional Chamber – along with being recognized twice in Dallas CEO Magazine’s “500 Most Powerful Business Leaders”, Gersting is well-established as a leader in the Dallas civic community.
