West Monroe’s Alanna Disque receives 2022 Admin Award
West Monroe is proud to announce that Alanna Disque, executive assistant to Dallas Office Leader Adam Gersting, has received the 2022 Dallas Ft. Worth Admin Award in the Spirit Category.
The Admin Award is the first and only public recognition program of its kind in the country that focuses specifically on recognizing and rewarding the achievements, dedication, and importance of Administrative Professionals. The Spirit Award celebrates Admins that are the “heartbeat” of their companies, and consistently exhibit a positive, can-do outlook and is the person that people are drawn to during good days and bad for their optimism, enthusiasm, and positivity.
“I cannot think of anyone I’ve encountered across my 29-year consulting career who exemplifies positive workplace spirit more than Alanna,” said Adam Gersting, West Monroe’s Dallas Office Leader.
While her title on paper may be executive assistant, I consider her an ‘executive who assists’ and a core member of our office’s Senior Leadership Team. With her enthusiasm and positive energy, she fully embraces and lives West Monroe’s “people-first” value, which is so important in driving our local office culture.

Alanna joined West Monroe in 2020. During her time at the firm, she’s gone above and beyond her daily responsibilities. She is incredibly involved in West Monroe’s Chief’s program including Chief of Baking, a member of West Monroe’s Sustainability Committee, volunteered to lead several local projects for the company-wide Day of Service, and helps with recruiting and business development efforts.
The Admin Awards honored all recipients at their “Good as Gold” gala on November 11.
