West Monroe, a national business and technology consulting firm, has been named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles in the large business category.
West Monroe ranks No. 1 on the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles list by the L.A. Business Journal
This is the office’s sixth consecutive year participating in this recognition effort, resulting in five first place rankings and one second place ranking in their category.
This fifteenth annual program was created by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group. Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
“It’s incredibly exciting to be named to this prestigious list for the sixth year in a row and shows the strong culture we are continuing to build in Los Angeles and firmwide truly sets us apart, “said Ken Siegman, managing partner in West Monroe’s Los Angeles office.
West Monroe’s Los Angeles office opened in 2014 and its consulting team serves clients across Southern California in key industries, including financial services, energy and utilities, and private equity. Like all of West Monroe’s offices, the Los Angeles office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by an open work environment; frequent team building events, a strong commitment to serving the local community through its social responsibility program, and a recognition awards program.
The actual rankings were revealed at a special virtual event on August 4, 2021, and published in the August 9, 2021, issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal.
