West Monroe has been recognized as 3rd on the Best Workplaces list in Texas by Great Place to Work®
West Monroe is honored to be recognized for a second year in a row as one of the Best Workplaces in Texas by Great Place to Work. In 2020, West Monroe ranked 4th on the list.
To determine the 2021 Best Workplaces in Texas, Great Place to Work® analyzed anonymous survey feedback from nearly 73,000 current employees in Texas. Employees responded to over 75 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™.

Like all West Monroe offices, the Dallas office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by frequent employee meetings and gatherings. A strong focus on inclusion and diversity through employee-led resource groups (Black Employee Network, Women’s Leadership Network, WMPride, Pan-Asian Network) and regular recognition awards contribute to the thriving culture. In December 2020, West Monroe was named to the Dallas Business Journal’s 2020 list of 100 Best Places to Work in North Texas list for the second consecutive year and West Monroe was also honored with Dallas Morning News’ special award for Best Communication during the pandemic. In addition, partnerships with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Dallas Zoo allow employees to give back to the community.
This is West Monroe’s second appearance on the list in Texas among companies with more than 1,000 employees nationally, reflecting the continued rapid growth of the West Monroe Dallas Office. West Monroe's Dallas office has nearly 80 employees and serves clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Industry focuses include private equity; banking and credit unions; consumer and industrial products; energy and utilities; high-tech & software; restructuring; and healthcare and life sciences.
