Built In Honors West Monroe as a 2021 Best Place to Work in Chicago and Seattle

Built In announced today that West Monroe was honored in its 2021 Best Places To Work Awards program. Specifically, the firm earned a place on The Best Places to Work lists for both the Chicago and Seattle markets. In addition, West Monroe was named one of Chicago’s Best Paying Companies, and one of Seattle’s Companies with the Best Benefits. The annual awards include companies of all sizes, from startups to the enterprise, nationally and in the eight largest tech markets and nationally.  

Built In determines winners for Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs. To reflect the attributes candidates are searching for on Built In today, this year’s program weighted criteria more heavily, like remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
