Crain’s Chicago Business names West Monroe one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Chicago

West Monroe is honored to be recognized as one of Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work in Chicago. The firm is among 100 companies in the Chicago area to receive this award. In partnership with Best Companies Group, Crain’s surveyed thousands of employees on the types of working conditions, benefits and corporate culture that make a company a great place to work. 

West Monroe was founded in Chicago in 2002. To accommodate extraordinary growth, West Monroe announced the decision to move its Chicago office and headquarters in the Fall of 2020. The Chicago office and headquarters include a rapidly growing team of business consultants and deep technologists that serves clients in key industries, including healthcare and life sciences, financial services, energy and utilities, consumer and industrial products, and private equity. The firm’s corporate headquarters is also home to a vast majority of the firm’s Shared Services teams that span finance, marketing, operations, legal, HR, and more.

Winners were determined by the results of a weighted survey of employees and employers, conducted by Crain’s in partnership with Best Companies Group. The awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago. The full Best Places to Work in Chicago ranking – plus a breakdown of the rankings based on company size – was announced at a virtual event on August 7.
