The Top 100 Places to Work award winners were evaluated by their employees, who completed anonymous assessments measuring their company’s values. Employees rated their employers on company leadership, compensation, training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. More than 300 companies applied for the “Top 100 Places to Work” recognition with the Dallas Morning News. According to the company that analyzed the candidates, this number of applicants made Dallas the second most competitive Top Work Place environment in the United States.
“We would like to thank the Dallas Morning News for recognizing us as one of the region’s top employers,” said Adam Gersting, senior director and head of the firm’s Dallas office. “This is our first time winning the award and we are thrilled to be honored by the Dallas Morning News based on the inputs from our West Monroe Partners Dallas team members. Our continuous investment in our people drives our recognition in this program, and our mission is to build the next generation of leaders who can lead in Dallas and beyond.”
