West Monroe Receives 2019 Illinois Governor's Volunteer Service Award

CHICAGO—West Monroe Partners is proud to be a recipient of the Governor’s Volunteer Service Award, presented by the Serve Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service. The award recognizes volunteers and volunteer programs that have made a difference in Illinois and highlights the importance of volunteerism and community service.

West Monroe was nominated by CommunityHealth, an organization that delivers comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered health care at no cost to low-income, uninsured adults. West Monroe has partnered with CommunityHealth since 2009, helping to create a reliable technology infrastructure that has allowed their team to gain efficiency and focus on what they do best—providing high-quality care to those in need. In 2013, William Hinde, managing director of West Monroe’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, joined CommunityHealth’s board of directors to help serve the organization and community in an even larger capacity.

West Monroe is honored to receive a Governor’s Volunteer Service award and is excited to continue to support CommunityHealth’s mission to build a healthier Chicago.

Serve Illinois will present 27 individuals and businesses with the Governor’s Volunteer Service Award during a special event at the Old State Capitol in Springfield on April 9, 2019.
