West Monroe's Leann Landry and Women in Mergers & Acquisitions Group recognized by Consulting Magazine

West Monroe’s Leann Landry, a partner in the firm’s Customer Solutions practice, and West Monroe’s Women in Mergers & Acquisitions Group (WIMA), have each been honored by Consulting Magazine. Leann was named to Consulting Magazine’s Women Leader list in the Excellence in Leadership category and WIMA was selected within the Team & Firm Retaining Female Talent division. This annual award program recognizes women leaders and firm initiatives impacting the consulting profession.

As a partner in West Monroe's Customer Solutions practice, Leann delivers complex Salesforce solutions that transform business processes across sales, contact centers, and more. She serves on the national Customer Solutions Leadership Team and leads the Customer Solutions Excellence practice, guiding a team of more than 50 driving business and practice development across Customer Solutions. As an originating member of the Dallas office, leader on the Dallas Senior Leadership Team, and Dallas recruiting lead, Leann has played an integral role in the rapid growth of the office.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Leann for 5 years and have seen firsthand how she truly shines as a leader in our Customer Solutions practice, taking a human-centered approach in delivering complex solutions that transform our clients’ processes,” said Adam Gersting, Dallas Officer Leader.

Our Dallas office would not be a high-performing, fast-growing and award-winning place if it weren't for Leann. Whether it is through her involvement on the Dallas Senior Leadership team, being a Career Advisor and mentor to many or through her involvement in our Women Leadership Network, Leann always carves out time to build the next generation of leaders.

West Monroe’s WIMA Group was founded in 2020 — the first group of its kind at West Monroe — aimed at growing, connecting, and building the community of women in M&A within West Monroe with the goal of increasing representation of women in the M&A practice. Members at all levels ranging from entry level consultants to partners collaborate in teams of both women and men to address three areas: recruiting, leadership and internal relationship building, and external relationship building with women in the M&A and private equity community. In just three years, WIMA has already accomplished its goal by growing 5X, and ultimately, becoming an incredibly well-respected firm initiative.

“We are thrilled to receive this award from Consulting Magazine underscoring our commitment to building and developing the next generation of female leaders in M&A. West Monroe is setting a great example of how to grow diversity and our clients have seen tremendous benefit,” said Jennifer O’Brien, partner, Mergers & Acquisitions and Executive Sponsor of WIMA.

This award is not only about increasing diversity, but also about creating the best product. In M&A consulting, that's about people–recruiting and developing the best and brightest talent.
