West Monroe's Jordan Nouhan and Madeline Verbeten announced as winners of the M&A Advisor's 14th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards

West Monroe is proud to announce that two members of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, Jordan Nouhan and Madeline Verbeten, have been recognized as winners of the M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award. Jordan and Madeline have both been selected for their noteworthy business accomplishments and community involvement from a pool of hundreds of nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.

As a director in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, Jordan manages internal and external teams, ensuring the successful delivery of technology diligence and integration expertise to leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies. For clients that have limited experience acquiring and integrating, Jordan partners with them to establish an integration team and build their integration competency, yielding a successful track record in accelerating the velocity of acquiring and integrating add-ons and speed to value with achieving investment thesis. Jordan recently led an engagement merging 17 companies with $200M in revenue within an 8-month timeframe. This engagement resulted in substantial growth in the ability to integrate acquired EBITDA, which totaled $16M, along with a significant surge in average EBITDA by 278%. Before joining West Monroe, Jordan served in the United States Marine Corps and State Department and now serves on the board of directors for United Service Organizations and leads West Monroe’s Veteran’s Employee Resource Group.

Madeline is a senior manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, serving as a go-to expert in software private equity transaction advisory. She partners with companies and investors to find value creation opportunities through product strategy, R&D investment prioritization, and organizational and operational maturity/efficiency. Madeline has identified 3-5% EBITDA improvements for multiple investments, providing clear steps for achieving it. Passionate about using people’s time and skillsets efficiently, Madeline created the M&A Operations program to improve all aspects of the team’s internal operations so that consultants can work more efficiently and spend more time creating value for their clients. In addition, she co-founded the West Monroe Women in M&A initiative – helping grow the number of women in M&A to 40 members in just three years.
