West Monroe wins 2019 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Bronze Award

West Monroe won a Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in the Best Program for Sales Training and Performance category. The Excellence Awards recognize leading organizations that have successfully innovated in the areas of talent management, learning and development, sales performance, and more.  Award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.

West Monroe was recognized for its Value Creation program, a training and change management initiative designed to strengthen client relationships by shifting mindsets to focus on value and outcomes. The program was created in partnership with FranklinCovey and includes workshops, micro-learning video segments, content, industry-specific support guides, and recognition.

By teaching our team to embrace a value focused mindset, we empower them to engage our clients in discussions regarding their challenges and desired outcomes,” said Matt Sondag, managing director and Value Creation executive sponsor at West Monroe. “This shift in thinking enables us to provide better outcomes and value for our clients, while enhancing our long-term, strategic partnerships.”

Excellence Awards winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 4-6, 2020, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida.

“Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program has recognized leading organizations for the past twenty-plus years for the latest trends in Human Capital Management,” said Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group COO and leader of the HCM Excellence Awards Program. “The initiatives that were honored are not only innovative but fit the unique needs of the business and create truly remarkable success stories.”
