With nearly 20 years of experience, Andy specializes in turning outsourcing and strategic supplier partnerships into significant competitive advantages. He recently led a first-generation IT outsourcing project for a major healthcare provider, delivering over 30% cost savings while improving service levels. Andy has managed billion-dollar outsourcing and sourcing deals for Fortune 500 clients across industries, including telecommunications, financial services, and energy.

Before joining West Monroe, Andy was a managing director at Pace Harmon and previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
