He previously led West Monroe’s New York banking team, where Brett focused on strengthening client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and mentoring future leaders—efforts that earned him multiple leadership awards. Brett’s All-In Mindset

Brett and his wife stay busy raising triplets—two girls and a boy—while giving back to their community. He serves as an assistant scoutmaster for his local Boy Scout troop and chairs his church’s finance committee, reflecting his dedication to service and leadership beyond work.
