As the leader of West Monroe's Energy & Utilities practice, Dan drives innovative strategies that combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology to modernize the grid and streamline operations.

He ensures our solutions create measurable impact, including a $5 million annual cost reduction for one of the nation's largest investor-owned utilities. He brings extensive experience and a highly collaborative approach to helping clients enhance their operations and deliver greater value to customers. Prior to joining West Monroe in 2008, Dan founded and sold db3 Broadband, LLC. Dan holds a degree from Northern Illinois University and certifications from the University of Chicago and Yale.

Dan’s All-In Mindset

Dan actively supports his daughters’ high school as a business incubator mentor and fundraising volunteer. Earlier in his career, he conquered his fear of heights by free climbing 300-foot telecommunication towers.
