Jordan leads West Monroe’s Los Angeles office. Since joining in 2012, he has played a key role in building the Southern California team, client base, and culture—helping West Monroe earn “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” for seven consecutive years. He is also a senior partner in the Financial Services practice serving upper midmarket banks.

As office leader, Jordan heads a multidisciplinary team of over 250, working with major financial services, healthcare, energy, and tech companies across the region. With a background in financial services consulting, he has helped top banks and credit unions embrace digital transformation, and previously led West Monroe’s Midwest Financial Services practice.
