Jordan leads West Monroe’s Los Angeles office and leads our Financial Services practice. Since joining in 2012, he has played a key role in building the Southern California team, client base, and culture—helping West Monroe earn “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” for seven consecutive years.

As office leader, Jordan heads a multidisciplinary team of over 250, working with major financial services, healthcare, energy, and tech companies across the region. With a background in financial services consulting, he has helped top banks and credit unions embrace digital transformation, and previously led West Monroe’s Midwest Financial Services practice.
