As General Counsel, Kamau leads West Monroe’s legal team, responsible for corporate governance, compliance, trademarks, intellectual property, and contract management. With extensive experience in employment law, M&A, international affairs, and corporate governance, he plays a critical role in shaping our legal strategy and navigating complex challenges associated with growth and global expansion.

Kamau brings over two decades of legal expertise, having served as Chief Legal Officer at Heidrick & Struggles and as Counsel at Nixon Peabody LLP. His background combines legal insight with hands-on leadership, positioning him to support West Monroe through our next phase of growth. Kamau holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Duke University School of Law.
