Kevin brings a deep commitment to driving investment in businesses with high growth potential. As a board member, he collaborates with West Monroe’s leadership to support innovation and strategic growth, leveraging his extensive experience in private capital.

Since joining BDT & MSD Partners in 2016, Kevin has led the Private Capital business, with over 20 years of investing experience across industries such as services and industrials. His strategic insight and leadership help guide both MSD and West Monroe toward future success. He holds a degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Kevin enjoys outdoor adventures, especially hunting, fishing, and skiing. He also supports educational programs, including the Jefferson Scholars Foundation, to help develop future leaders.
