With over 45 years of experience in the energy industry, Paul DeCotis leads business and technology solutions that address the evolving needs of this critical sector. At West Monroe, Paul challenges teams to innovate and deliver impactful results, while sharing his knowledge as a mentor and thought leader.

Before joining West Monroe, Paul served as managing director at Long Island Power Authority. He holds degrees from the State University of New York College at Brockport, the University at Albany, and an MBA from The Sage Graduate Schools. He was recently named a Notable Leader in Accounting & Consulting by Crain’s New York.

Paul’s All-In Mindset

Paul enjoys the outdoors, spending his free time hiking, snowshoeing, and kayaking near his home in Ballston Spa, New York. He also serves on the boards of several academic and nonprofit organizations, contributing to the future of energy.
