Tom Collins

Tom is a creative leader with deep expertise in delivering data-driven strategies that accelerate growth for financial institutions. Recently, he led the transformation of a commercial banking operating model at a top-10 U.S. bank, driving impressive results: a 55% reduction in credit cycle time, 18% lower back-office expenses, 17% growth in fee income, and a 35% revenue lift for Relationship Managers.

As part of West Monroe’s financial services practice, Tom collaborates with his team to solve complex challenges and create lasting impact for clients. Before joining West Monroe, Tom was President and CEO of CAST Management Consultants, where he worked with leading banks and insurance companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Tom’s All-In Mindset

Tom serves on the board of the Pediatric Therapy Network, helping children with special needs. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, especially to Italy, and spending time with his family and Schnoodle, Roscoe.
