Tom Ewers

As Chief Revenue Officer, Tom leads the charge across sales, account management, and client success, aligning all revenue-generating efforts with the goal of helping clients achieve digital leadership.

With over two decades at West Monroe, Tom has shaped the firm’s growth from the ground up. His extensive experience spans industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and private equity. Before joining West Monroe in 2002, Tom worked at Arthur Andersen, delivering technology-driven solutions for large organizations. He holds a B.S. from Miami University in Ohio.

Tom’s All-In Mindset

Outside of work, Tom stays active year-round. He coaches hockey in the winter and spends summers wakesurfing on Lake Minnetonka. He also contributes as a board member for Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
