Since 2012, Will has led the exponential growth of West Monroe’s healthcare practice, delivering measurable financial impact and competitive advantage for clients. Will’s deep expertise across industries, combined with his ability to manage large-scale change, ensures long-term client success.

Will holds a BA in Pre-Medicine/Biology from Baylor University and is passionate about driving innovation through multidisciplinary teams. Before joining West Monroe, he held roles at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Avanade, and Accenture.
