Great Place to Work and Fortune Name West Monroe One of the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has been named one of the country’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services by consultancy Great Place to Work® and Fortune.

West Monroe Partners ranked 19th on the list of top 30 consulting and professional services workplaces. The results draw from surveys of 36,750 employees who assessed their firms’ leadership, benefits, camaraderie, work-life balance, and other factors essential to a happy, high-functioning team. More than 325 West Monroe employees completed the survey, awarding the firm high ratings for level of responsibility granted, contributions to the community, management competency, communication, rewards, challenging work, and other areas.

West Monroe Partners also ranked 26th among 50 companies recognized as Best Workplaces for Giving Back 2017.
