West Monroe Named a 2013 Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business magazine

West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced their Seattle office has been named “Best Companies to Work For – Headquartered Outside of Washington” by Seattle Business magazine for the third year in a row. Seattle Business magazine recognizes companies throughout Washington State for outstanding employee culture, values, and benefits.

Seattle Business magazine honored its 100 Best Companies to Work For at an awards dinner June 20, 2013. The winners, hailing from 18 cities across the state of Washington, were chosen based on extensive surveys sent to nearly 10,000 employees. The top winners in each category were selected from among the top scorers by a panel of expert judges.

West Monroe ranked fifth on a list of thirteen companies headquartered outside of Washington and earned high rankings in the Leadership of Executives category which is defined as: encourage employees to do well, inspire team spirit, respect employees and their opinions, promote diversity, encourage employees to take leadership and build strong relationships based on trust.

Founded in 2002, West Monroe Partners has grown to a nearly $65 million consultancy and headcount to over 350 consultants. The Seattle office was founded in 2005 and has grown to over 40 employees. To be considered for the Best Workplaces list, applicants must submit a formal nomination, participate in an employee satisfaction survey conducted by an independent third-party, and then be selected by a panel of judges from previously recognized workplaces throughout the state.
