West Monroe Named One of Chicago Tribune's Top Workplaces 2015

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consulting firm, announced today that it has been named one of the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2015.

The report ranked West Monroe Partners 4 among 35 mid-sized companies evaluated. West Monroe was one of 100 employers recognized in the annual workplace report, released November 13th, a combined effort between the Chicago Tribune and its partner, Workplace Dynamics LLC, to identify the Chicagoland area’s best places to work.

“We are honored yet again to be recognized among top employers in the Chicagoland area, and we are extremely proud of the reputation we have established over the last 13 years,” said Doug Armstrong, West Monroe Partners’ Senior Managing Director and Chicago office lead. “Our focus on a people-first culture along with creating growth opportunities for all of our employee-owners continues to be a recipe for success.”

Since opening its doors in 2002, West Monroe’s Chicago office now has more than 450 employees and serves over 100 150 local clients in key industries, including banking, private equity, insurance, utilities, healthcare, and life sciences. The Chicago office continues to grow rapidly, experiencing a 9% percent increase in revenue over the past two years.  To meet continued growth projections, the firm plans significant local hiring including campus and MBA graduates, and further diversification of its industry capabilities and credentials.

In October, West Monroe acquired Etherios, a consulting firm that specializes in delivering cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. The acquisition added 35 professionals to the growing Chicago team.

Winners were honored at an awards ceremony at the Fairmount Chicago on November 12th and The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of Top Workplaces on November 13th in a special edition insert.
