West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consulting firm, announced today that it has been named one of the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2016. The report ranked West Monroe Partners 2nd among 45 mid-sized companies evaluated. West Monroe was one of 125 employers recognized in the annual workplace report, released November 11th, a combined effort between the Chicago Tribune and its partner, Workplace Dynamics LLC, that identifies the Chicagoland area’s best places to work.
“It is a great honor and accomplishments to be recognized as the number 2 mid-sized company in the Chicagoland area,” said Doug Armstrong, West Monroe Partners’ Senior Managing Director and Chicago office lead. “We are very proud of the culture we have built – and that we’ve been successfully maintaining it as we grow.”
Since opening its doors in 2002, West Monroe’s Chicago office now has more than 500 employees and serves over 100 local clients in key industries, including financial services, private equity, insurance, energy & utilities, healthcare, and life sciences. The Chicago office continues to grow rapidly, experiencing a 27% percent increase in revenue over the past two years. To meet continued growth projections, the firm plans significant local hiring, including campus and MBA graduates, and further diversification of its industry capabilities and credentials.
Winners were honored at an awards ceremony at Soldier Field’s United Club on November 10th and The Chicago Tribune published the complete list of Top Workplaces on November 11th in a special edition insert.
