West Monroe Partners Named One of 100 Best Companies to Work For in Washington State Sixth Year In A Row

West Monroe Partners recognized by Seattle Business magazine as one of Washington state’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has been named one of Washington state’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business magazine. 

West Monroe Partners has made the list every year since 2011, and is one of only a handful of companies who have been named to the list for seven consecutive years or more. The winners, hailing from cities all across the state of Washington, were chosen based on extensive confidential surveys completed by employees.  

“It’s an honor to be one of only a few companies who have been one of the 100 Best Companies six years in a row,” said senior director Brian Paulen, who leads West Monroe’s Seattle office. “It validates our sustained commitment to a people-first culture, which we are dedicated to maintaining even as we experience significant growth.”

West Monroe’s Seattle office has more than 70 employees and serves more than 40 clients across the Pacific Northwest in key industries, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, and retail. To meet continued strong growth projections, the firm plans significant local hiring, up to 10 additional consultants by the end of 2016 (including campus graduates), and further diversification of its industry capabilities and credentials.

The winners were honored at an awards dinner on June 23, 2016.

Nationally, the firm has been listed as a top company to work for by Consulting Magazine, Vault Inc., and Great Place to Work® Institute and FORTUNE as one of the best workplaces in the United States. West Monroe Partners was also named by Great Place to Work as a top workplace for millennials in 2015 and as one of the 50 best workplaces for giving back in 2016.
