West Monroe Named One of Consulting Magazine’s 2012 “Best Firms to Work For.”

Firm ranked 15th overall, as well as tenth in the category of firm culture and fifth among multi-service firms.

Chicago, IL – August 22, 2012 – West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consultancy, announced that it has been named one of Consulting Magazine’s 2012 “Best Firms to Work For.” This is the third year Consulting Magazine has recognized West Monroe Partners in its annual workplace ranking, and the first time outside of the ‘small firm’ category.  The Consulting Magazine ranking is developed through a comprehensive look at the quality of life within the consulting profession’s top firms based on responses to an independent survey of nearly 13,000 consultants representing more than 400 firms. West Monroe Partners ranked 15th overall, as well as tenth in the category of Firm Culture and fifth among multi-service firms.

In ranking West Monroe Partners among its 2012 best consulting workplaces—defined as those with more than 250 billable consultants—the publication cited the firm’s high scores in the areas of Firm Culture and Career Development. The firm, along with all recognized consultancies, is profiled in the “Best Firms to Work For” special section of Consulting Magazine’s August 17 issue.
