West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it earned first place in the Large Company category in the “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” awards, produced by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best employers in Los Angeles, benefiting the county's economy, workforce and businesses. This was the first year the West Monroe Los Angeles office eligible to participate, based on local headcount criteria. Companies are categorized based on U.S. headcount for the purposes of the awards.

West Monroe’s Los Angeles office has more than 25 employees and serves more than 15 clients across Los Angeles region in key industries, including banking, energy and utilities, healthcare and private equity. The office’s headcount has grown by 42% since the first of the year in response to strong growth projections and momentum in the local market.
