West Monroe's Seattle Office Completes Move to Century Square

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has completed relocation of its Seattle office to Century Square located at 1501 Fourth Avenue, Suite 2300. The company began operations in its new 15,000 square-foot space on Monday, July 28.

West Monroe Partners, with a team of more than 60 in Seattle, leased the space through 2021 to accommodate its projected future growth.

The Seattle office, opened in 2005, serves more than 40 clients in key industries, including banking, private equity, insurance, utilities, and retail. Its team includes more than 20 people who joined West Monroe Partners in January 2014 through its acquisition of Madrona Solutions Group.

“Collaboration is a key to delivering differentiated client service, and our new office provides ample space for our rapidly growing team to work together,” said Tom Bolger, managing director and founder of the Seattle office. “We are happy to have our team together in one space designed especially to suit our operations, our culture, and our passion for environmental sustainability.”

Built in 1986, Century Square includes 30 floors of efficient and well-designed commercial office space at one of Seattle’s most centrally located business addresses. The building has a LEED Silver certification, and West Monroe Partners is pursuing LEED certification for its space. The LEED certification system provides a framework for implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations, and maintenance solutions.

West Monroe Partners’ Seattle office has received workplace accolades from Seattle Business magazine and the Puget Sound Business Journal. In addition, the firm has been listed as a top company to work for nationally by Consulting Magazine and Vault Inc., and was named by Great Place to Work as one of the best workplaces in the United States on its annual 2013 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, published in FORTUNE magazine.

In keeping with West Monroe Partners’ core values, the Seattle office promotes environmental sustainability in a variety of ways, both in its office and through community service activities that keep the planet clean. In the office, West Monroe Partners employs environmentally friendly activities that include buying recyclable products for the kitchen and break room, composting, and implementing energy-saving initiatives where possible.

West Monroe Partners previously occupied space at 1215 Fourth Avenue.
